It must be an awfully funny thing to be a girl. the big bear dosen't think he could ever know what it would be like to be a girl, even if he lived to be a hundred.

After all, girls they wear make-up, and they put their hair into fancy styles, and they make sure that they are wearing nice clothes and nice shoes, and they carry nice handbags, and they talk to other girls about girly things, and they giggle and look at you from under their eyelashes sometimes.

But then, sometimes big bear does put on fake tan. And he does sometimes buy product from his hair stylist to make his hair look nice. And he did buy a nice suit from a suit shop that he could wear, and a big black coat that made him look like someone from the mafia so he could be cool. And he does look at people from under his eye-glasses, and laugh with a ho-ho-ho.

But then, the big bear is hairy.

But girls can be hairy too. Or at least stubbly. Or sometimes not hairy at all anywhere like a girl that the big bear saw in a certain night club one time but that is a story for another day.

Girls have boobs. One of little bear's freinds has boobs. Big ones. Gi-normous ones. Big bear things that they are nice to snuggle up to, but little bear is a bit afraid of them, but then we know that little bear can be silly too.

But then girls don't have willies and don't know what it's like to have a hard-on and all that secret boy-stuff. Fifty pee says girls have secret girl stuff too.

Maybe boys and girls aren't that different anyway. H'm. Maybe sometimes boys don't really know what it's like for other boys anyway. Or girls for that matter.

It's a funny thing being boys and girls. Girls can be nice, even nice to snuggle. But the bears like to snuggle each other most of all.

things that the bears have in their beds

Big bear has lots and lots of pillows, about 8 pillows, but when he is feeling like he needs them, he has about 12 pillows. Big bear has at least two double duvets, somtimes a double and a kingsize duvet. This is so that he can make a nest all round him in the night.

Little bear has a great big duvet in his bed, but he does not have as much nesting material as the big bear.

Next to his bed, little bear always has chocolate and a drink of milk, and sometimes he has a bottle of water with some diluting juice in it so that he can drink it through the night. If you ever see a bottle of lucozade by the little bears bed, you should know that he is planning to sleep for a long time. You see he can drink lucozade in his sleep and then get the energy he needs to sleep for longer. Well, until he runs out of lucozade.

Big bear has a glass of water next to his bed, and it is best if it is a glass of water that the little bear has brought and put beside the bed. He can drink it down gulp gulp gulp.

Little bear has Rodney. Sometimes little bear has monkey, rabbit, and all sorts of animals. That's quite nice. Rodney gets lots of snuggles.

Big bear always has a book that he is reading nearby. Most of the time big bear reads story books, and sometimes he reads story books to the little bear, which is lovely. Recently big bear has been reading books for his work, which is very boring for little bear.

Little bear has the remote for the teevee and his laptop pooter next to the bed so that he can watch episodes of freinds to help him fall asleep. But freinds can keep the big bear awake (grump grump grump).

But even with all these things in the beds you know the best of all and what makes it all perfect?
That is when the bed has both bears in it.

Bears with a capital Buh

While the little bear and the big bear are bears, there are also some Bears in the world. This is a bit confusing.

You see, some times, when someone is big and hairy they might call themselves a Bear. And that is a good thing. Bears are normally very nice.

Bears generally are boys, and they generally like other boys. Bears are genearlly quite big and hairy. The big bear and the little bear are both boys, and they like each other too, and they are both quite hairy (apart from the little bears back which you should know is not hairy at all, oh no not at all) so in that way they are like Bears as well.

Bears seem to like to do manly rough things and in that way the big bear and the little bear are maybe different. But then, the big bear and the little bear do do some manly rough things some times too. Although I can't really think of what any of those things are right now. Big bear owns an electric drill. That must count as manly.

But then, big bear did have to call the AA to change his tyre on his bear-mobile when it broke one time, and a proper manly Bear would have been able to change his own tyre.

Oh dear it is a bit complicated. All these things going on, and things about Bears and bears, and you know some people can even get quite worked up about it, which dosen't seem the kind of thing any sort of bear would do.

I don't know about it all. Perhaps the big bear and the little bear are, well more bears than Bears. But then, perhaps best not to worry about it in the first place.

Rodney lives a long way away

As you know, the little bear and Rodney, the baby polar bear, live far away from the big bear. They live along the roads, past the hills, over the big big river, and past all the nasty speed cameras.

Rodney is just a baby polar bear. He has big front paws, and big back paws, a big smile, a black nose, and little shiny happy eyes. He lives with little bear, but also with Monkey, and Rabbit, and Snowy and Bjorn (snowy and Bjorn are also polar bears, but they are not as big as Rodney).

Some times Rodney is a bit lonely though. He can be a bit sad and blue, because while he loves the little bear and all the other animals and the little bear and all the animals love him, he misses the big bear.

When Rodney is lonely, all mopesy and a bit sad a cuddle with the little bear makes it better but still something needed to help. So he goes on the phone to the big bear, and the big bear tells Rodney that it's all ok, he loves him lots.

Funny thing for a baby polar bear, but that's the way it is.
