Walking around a lake

Today the big bear and the little bear went for a walk around a lake. They were with the lb's mum and dad for the weekend to spend some time because it is nice to spend time together as a family. It was a cold day so they were all wearing coats and hats and scarfs and layers and things.

They all walked down the hill from the car and past the little beaches by the side of the lake, and through the trees. They walked around the headland then they went over the wooden duck boards above the marshes, all the way to a bridge over a river and along the road to the nice hotel for lunch.

Then they walked all the way back that they came, and the bb was worried about going up the hills because the bb is not very good at going up hills. But it was alright, because at the end little bear helped by pushing big bear up the hill when he was tired, which little bear quite liked because he had something to lean on. So they were both quite happy.

And even though it was snowing and the big bear had unzipped his coat and his cardigan and taken off his wooly hat and his scarf he was still a little bit sweaty!
